         - We must SMELL, SEE & CREATE an opportunity
         - Elements (must have) in product to create opportunity:
                  i- Attractive
                 ii- Durable
                iii- Timely
                iv- Add value
        
 b. Recognition
         - Three ways to recognize opportunity:
                 i- Observing trends:
                     (economic forces, social forces, technology advances, politics action/regulatory charge)
                ii- Solving a problem
               iii- Gaps in marketplace
                             --> specific group of people
                             --> example
                             --> more examples

 c. Idea Generation
         - Brain storming
                             --> leave the rank & status level behind
                             --> no critics & condemn others (respect others) 


2. Feasibility analysis.                            
                             --> It is worth it or not?
                             --> Viable (return to profit)?
